Actually, I was just intimidated by Sparkle's amazing plating on her flauta post, and I wanted to make sure there was a post in between before my post on them so you guys wouldn't be dissapointed.
This was a nice take on corn chowder. It was fresher tasting than the ones I've make before, and I think that's because there wasn't cream. It made for a nice dinner.
I might have gotten carried away and made a Ginger Peach Gallete today. I had a ton of peaches that needed to get eaten up stat. I loved it. It had a lot of butter....
