Roasted Sriracha Cauliflower Bites with Peanut Dipping Sauce and Grilled Peach Salsa (Kacie)

We had a lovely time at book club! This is where we skip the pretense of discussing the book, and just get down to chow time!

When I first tasted the cauliflower, it was way too hot for me. Then, I kept eating it, and had no problem. We went out to dinner and had Sriracha shrimp as an appetizer, and I had those with no problem. Clearly that stuff grows on you!

The salsa was great. I don't think the peaches need to be grilled. They would have been delicious without any grilling.
