Watermelon Hibiscus Coolers (Kacie)

 Watermelon is no joke around here. We eat a LOT of of it, so I knew this had to be first.

I would say this is like an Icee for grown ups, except that my kiddos drank it so fast, that they were making cartoon gulping noises, and I wondered if brain freezes were imminent. 

I would make this again for sure. I would suggest drinking through a straw. It's better that way.
