To Go Bars results show (Sparkles)

Success! They did not fall apart and they taste great! Leave them out of the fridge to make crewy bars- inside the fridge to make crunchier ones. I cut them into 18 bars instead of 12 because these guys are very high in fat and calories. So next time I'd simmer down on my drop it like it's hot method of everything goes in like a meatloaf but I did the amounts total that the recipe asked for, so I'd have to reduce the total/types of nuts and fruit.

This is a meal replacement and not a snack but they taste like snacks so you might want two and 600 calories later you are like, "why are my pants tight- I'm eating vegan!"  I'm freezing most of them and now I have granola bars for EVER for busy mornings, hiking and kayaking.  Totally worth it and no more being over charged for KIND bars!
I had to guess since I just poured in combos of things but my total amounts did not exceed what was asked for and often I used less. Other people made them at cal/ fat -254/13 and 385/21. )

So -
Easy? Yea
Fun? Yea
Tasty? Heck yeah
Eat them everyday? Fork no.

Another yummy vegan b-fast for when you aren't in a rush:

Whole wheat thin bagel with tomato, arugula, and a little avocado. All you need is 5 minutes. And you have to make this face- everytime.
